Fancy, Decorated Toddler Girls Saree Indian Fabric Handmade Long Sleeved Lined Dress - Bindu 2849
Unique and fancy toddler dresses designed and made with Indian saree material. This traditional material is typically worn for marriages, and the highly sequined styles are sought after by Muslim women in this part of the world.
The Bindu line of dresses is a deep, barn red with beautiful sequins throughout!
These one-of-a-kind dresses are lined with soft cotton for extra comfort. They zip up the back as well as tie in order to accommodate various body builds. The sleeves are 3/4 full, and the collar is high-cut. The skirt is made to be full and fluffy for the fanciest of princesses!
3T - Chest 21", Length 24", Arms 12.5", Flare/Skirt 56" around
5T - Chest 26" Length 28", Arms 14", Flare/Skirt 58" around
6T - Chest 28", Length 30", Arms 14", Flare/Skirt 70" around
I combined a Western style with Indian materials for these adorable dresses. Made in various colors, so be sure to check out our other listings.
Each dress differs slightly in the placement of decorations. Photographed from L to R from 6T, 5T, to 3T. I used the fanciest (front) part of the saree for the 6T size.
A note on Indian Sari Material - the decorations on this material are machine made, and thus have a lot of threads connecting them. This type of 'imperfection' is typical and inherent in Indian materials, and is not seen as a flaw here. Please expect such threads, particularly on the underside of the decorative outer fabric.
While sari material is quite delicate and will snag easily, my children play freely inside and out in similar dresses all the time. Hand washing is recommended.
