Snazzy children's shirt made of traditional Indian sari silk material made exclusively by Mumtaz Creations.

The Bodvar shirt is vibrant mauve and black with shiny golden accents. There's a bit of sheen for the most hip of kids. It's professionally made in a loose fitting style with a soft, unstiffened collar and no chest pocket.

Sari silk material is light, comfortable, cool in warm weather, and gives protection from the sun. Even though it is delicate and fancy in appeal, it is durable enough for active children. The Bodvar shirt has a thumbprint spot on the front from when the material was made.

During our time living in India I developed a true love for the colors and culture of the area, and brought these together in my ethnic children's clothing.

Flat garment measurements: Chest - 28"/71 cm, Length - 19"/48 cm

Indian fabric may have what others would call "imperfections". Tiny specks where the ink missed, miniscule snags in this delicate material, chalk marks from the manufacturer, etc. These are not blemishes, but an inherent part of this original, ethnic material. I try to note "marks" when noticeable, and do not sell any significantly damaged items.

Care instructions: Hand wash cold or machine wash on gentle cycle. Hang dry.

Custom orders welcomed, as I have plenty of extra material. However, I usually can not duplicate the same color/print since sari and kurta material is not sold in multiples.
